As terrible as this is, Mcarthy's days are numbered. His hot seat is now on fire. Jones will be on the phone with Loomis soon about trading for draft pics for Payton and I hope Loomis plays hard ball.

Not too hard Ice, especially with Dallas this season. Based on what I saw they may be a top 5 pick. Don't want to be too hard nose and end up getting below value. Thats what happened with CGJ

Looks like Jerry is planning to run Dak back out here with screws and plates in his throwing hand in less than four weeks.

Okay. And why has it been over a quarter of a century since his team seriously challenged for a championship?

Because he micro manages and has to have his hand in everything. He also wants a yes man coach
