As terrible as this is, Mcarthy's days are numbered. His hot seat is now on fire. Jones will be on the phone with Loomis soon about trading for draft pics for Payton and I hope Loomis plays hard ball.

Not too hard Ice, especially with Dallas this season. Based on what I saw they may be a top 5 pick. Don't want to be too hard nose and end up getting below value. Thats what happened with CGJ
