Well then let me also add this. He is their bad guy. When the owners want something done that fans won't like, Roger is there to be the dark side of the force and take all the blame.

That's why in the end, it'll come down to how expensive RG is to them. If Gruden cleans them out, they might change their mind.

I'll agree to that. If this thing with Gruden ends up costing them money, Roger could very well get some heat for it. How much remains to be seen.
