More of a rant than a hot take, but he's right.
For the record, I had Amazon Prime before they started broadcasting games and I have Peacock to watch the English Premier League. I don't think I would be signing up for those just for the NFL. I do wonder sometimes if they even care about ratings anymore. I mean if Amazon is going to give them a billion dollars to broadcast NFL games 1 day a week, do they even care if anyone watches? |

They definitely care about ratings and not just in the U.S., but also in the rest of America (southern, central, and Canada) and the rest of the world. I read the plan is to have 16 international games within a couple of years or so and 18 game seasons are pretty much a given.
