Reggie's Contract

anyone have any word or thoughts on what reggie and the saints are going to do with his contract...from what i understand they saints have to pay him 8 million in march, release him or give him a pay cut

its going to be up to reggie i believe if he wants to stay in new orleans. hes got to take a cut or spread it out on a long term contract. like take 3.5 mil and the rest spread out over a long time. but if he thinks he will get better as he ages then hes a gone pecan

Bye!! I can not see him voluntarilly giving up that type of money when he can go somehwere lese & get it.

hes not going to get that 8 mil with the playing time in the last 4 years he might get 4 mil maybe and a long term with incentives

Expect bush to go closer to his home town, Southern Cali., San Diego and closer to KK. It's to early in his career to take a pay cut.

i think he will be a seattle seahawk next year. Saddly. I like him.

I would hate to see him go but I know the pay is going to be a big thing
but who knows maybe he will stick around you can never tell what will happen

Bush is our X factor but I'm sorry he's not worth $8 million. Plus I can see him going back home especially to the Chargers since LT is pretty much out. We have grown to have a love/hate relationship with Reggie. U wonder what the hell he's thinking sometimes but then u're like F*CK YEAH REGGIE!!

I really hope we can restructure his deal and keep our core players here. We're not a dynasty but I would sure hate to see us break up like the Bulls did and how the Lakers did.
