Bills decline to offer contract to Owens, two other veterans
this is a discussion within the NFL Community Forum; T.O. has two 1,000 yd seasons left in him if he is paired up with the right QB and offense. He still is explosive regardless of his age. He will be signed within next couple months I bet....
