Re: Do you feel sorry for Jason Campbell?
Yes I do feel sorry for Jason Campbell. He is in the Vince Young/ Mike Vick category as far as being supplied with talent around him Its very incorrect to say he was the problem he's just a scape goat, they ran a bland offense all season long and it showed, not to mention he's probably gone thru more offenses then most if not all active qb's. He's got a rocket launcher for an arm he doesnt throw many picks i say a new team with a stable offensive scheme would do well for him the rams should look into him hes not a cure all but he def can become just that given stability. He wouldnt be a bad Back up behind Drew Brees either

I'm sorry, but as an Ole Miss fan, I can't feel sorry for anyone who went to Auburn.... It's against my religion.
And don't even get me started on the Tommy Tuberville incident! |

Re: Do you feel sorry for Jason Campbell?
I'll just say, I don't think that Campbell was SuperBowl caliper, but I'll also say that I don't think the Redskins problems started at the QB position. Campbell was pretty efficient and seemed to always do what was expected.
That being said, I don't really care about him one way or the other, but I don't think McNabb has anything more to offer than Campbell. Not to mention, they were grooming Colt Brennan, and I think a lot of Redskins fans were ready to start seeing him get the start. You'll see a lot of his #5 jersey's in the stands even though he hasn't played a relevant down for them yet..... I wonder how receptive Washington is about McNabb right now.... I'd imagine its a 50/50 thing.... a lot optimistic, but a lot wondering why the heck they got McNabb. |

It is not that Campbell is a problem, it is that Mike Shanahan cannot coach QBs and needs a ready-made QB for his offense.
Can't feel sorry for someone who makes $3,000,000 a year. |
