The Washington Redskins currently have just four draft picks, but general manager Bruce Allen isn't ruling out moving down from No. 4 overall in Thursday's first round to acquire more selections.

"We are listening. Our phones will be open," Allen said Monday at a pre-draft news conference. "We have a listed phone number if someone wants to make a trade."
