Steve Young #1 NFL Analyst
This guy actually prepares for what he is going to analyze, unlike most of these idiots, that just talk out of their rear end, with no idea where they are going with it. This guy gives props where they belong, and doesn't jump on bandwagons, for players who have one good week. His top five Qbs in the game, was pretty damn accurate by the statistics, and the win totals.
5. Aaron Rodgers 4. Phillip Rivers 3. Drew Brees 2. Peyton Manning 1. Tom Brady Arguments can be made for this list, and the order, but not much for the people on it. |

He's smart and has a quick wit. I'll never forget when the 2000 Saints had Jackson and Wilson as WR's and he commented our receiving corps looked like a list of former Presidents. That was funny. He has given the Saints a lot of credit even when the cards were stacked against them. He does come off as arrogant sometimes but he's definetely not boring and or constanly reading from script.

I'm with you on Dilfer too. I'd like to have Joe Buck on the call, Trent Dilfer and Daryl Johnston doing the color call, and Zooey contributing the sideline commentary. Hell I'd watch Canadian football for that. |

I just noticed Millen didn't even crack a smile after the lash was over. Funny stuff. Steve knew exactly what he was doing. His S!@# eating grin afterwards...Classic.

He's a good analyst but yes, he does come off ****y and arrogant at times. I don't know if anyone remembers the draft coverage, but that was a great example of it. Sometimes he just doesn't know when to shut it off. Dilfer is consistent and does a great job... doesn't have that know it all ****iness.

I'm sorry, but Millen is an idiot. His analysis doesn't hold water with me, after the atomic bomb he laid out in Detroit. The Lions still haven't recovered from his idiocy, and who knows when they will. Steve Young is awesome though. I like a little ****iness, maybe because I'm the same way I guess.

Steve young does come off as a no it all, and no matter how much credit he gives us here and there I can't get past the images of his teams dogging the sh*& out of us over and over 47-7 style!!!! Millen sucks but it can't be worse than Aikman
