this is a discussion within the NFL Community Forum; Should we go after him? A big guy that we have been looking for. If the price is right I say go for it....

He's going to be 32. I say sign him to a 2 year contract. You got to think he has never played for a contender. So if you get him motivated he will be a beast for us in GW Defense.

Putting him in the 1 tech woud always draw the double team freeing up big Sed to wreak havoc from the 3. I like it. Rotate Remi and Rogers in the middle.

See if we can get him for a good price, and yeah i'd be happy for us to sign him.
Sure he can still get a good push, O lines will double him and leave Sed Ellis one on one which he can win pretty much every time. I'd take the gamble on him |

I'd say no.
Rogers was on his own practice schedule last season, resting a leg injury so he could play on Sundays, and lost favor with former coach Eric Mangini. A Pro Bowler in 2008, Rogers played in 15 games but only made one start and finished with just 17 tackles. Not for the kind of money he might want. |
