This is an excellent article.
Our coach in Tampa Bay looked like an idiot last week for challenging a score, which one would have thought would have cost him a lot. But thanks to the new rule the unsportsmanlike conduct penalty he drew didn't cost him a challenge or a timeout, it just guaranteed a touchback instead of the 75% chance it is now. Stupid new rule, meet other stupid new rule. Offsetting stupid rules, proceed to multiple score challenges during the season. |
