Tampa Bay has one of the more fickle home crowd fan bases in the league...they are almost dead last in attendance, and have had many many games blacked out on TV locally in Tampa Bay, which these days in the modern era is actually far more unusual than it used to be (most teams sell enough tickets ahead of time to be on local TV)...so this move would not surprise me one bit.
The money is NOT there in Tampa Bay, in Raymond James stadium, so why not play to packed crowds in England? It makes sense. |
