Harbaugh is a cocky a-hole... Doesn't surprise me one bit that he thought he could bring in these WR's and lock up Manning only for it to blow up in his face now that Manning's in Denver and Alex Smith probably isn't coming back.

I think regardless of what happens to the Niners, they are going to look like a very different team when they have to play a schedule based on advancing to the NFC Championship game, instead of a 3rd place NFC West, did-not-qualify, coach-got-fired divisional schedule from the previous year.
