I think it absolutely does matter what division you play(ed) in, which is why you've only seen a dozen or so Div III prospects drafted by the NFL in the last 20yrs and only a handful have ever played in the NFL ... the kids with the greatest talent are snatched up by the Div I programs and you can bet if any Div I coach saw something in this kid, he'd of been recruited.

Players slip through the cracks and you'll find a diamond in the rough now and then, but at the QB position? IDK, but if I was Buffalo, I'd probably take a chance on the kid.
