League counters Pereira’s claim of embellished credentials

People (us) need to be shouting this from the rooftops, bringing it to other forums, on Facebook, in the comments after articles on news sites, telling everyone you know. It's not just that we Saints fans don't like him because of Bountygate, we don't like him because Goodell is incompetent! And needs to GO.

It's really interesting to me how the true character of Roger Goodell is finally coming through now. The first few years he was well liked by the owners, he did alright, only a little bit of criticism, but that was when he mostly had stuff in place from the previous commissioner, continuing those policies. But now that it's all him, his baby, his show -- ever since the lockout it's been one ridiculous s--tstorm of controversy after another. The owners HAVE to realize soon, that he is bringing this on HIMSELF and it's all totally avoidable. the NFL does not need all this controversy, it's not helping the sport any. And it's ALL because of Roger.

Notice how this story is the SAME EXACT THING exact that is getting Goodell in deep doo-doo with the Bounty accusations. Stretching the truth to make his actions (hiring scab refs) look better. To him words mean different things, he creeps and jumps from one word to another, he has problems with the definitions of words, then he backtracks and changes what he said...the truth is flexible to him, whatever he wants it to be, and people just aren't buying it.
