im involved in a similar suit with my water comapany. i was boiling some water and decided to stick my hand in the pot. i got severly burned. so now i am suing my water company for not informing me that my water gets hot enough to burn me, when heat is applied. i am also suing skoal. i was ok with the risk of mouth cancer they warned me of, but nowhere in the warning does it say it will stain my teeth. so im suing for teeth whitening.
i should probably say that none of above is true. its the kind of stuff people do who are unable to accept responsibility for their own actions
