This should be thrown out. This case is like the case of the old lady who got burned and filed a lawsuit against McDonalds and won. Yes, the coofee was hot. Yes, it said hot cooffee. Yes, she put it between her legs and I saw the case, burns on a tv show and they were deep , ugly burns. Serious. Thing is her older, early 30ish grandson took his grannie through the drive through and had her place the coffee between her legs instead of cleaning out his car and getting a cup holder. Actually, the no good grandson should have taken his elderly grandma to the McDonalds and sat inside to eat and have her drink some coffee. She should have sued her grandson or McDonalds should have sued him.
