Julio Jones tells opposing defenses to just go home
Julio Jones tells opposing defenses to just 'go home' | News | NFL.com
The world needs another TO. I hope Greer or Harper hit him so hard he does a back flip |
Re: Julio Jones tells oposing defenses to just go home
He is a good players, but he is not great. I hope we shut him down, I hate trash talkers. I love Colston this year producing more than him

Re: Julio Jones tells oposing defenses to just go home
He's good........almost as good as he thinks he is.

The kid is good, he knows it.

Re: Julio Jones tells oposing defenses to just go home
Yep, that way, the Clowns offense may be able to score a point or 2 in a playoff game.

Re: Julio Jones tells oposing defenses to just go home
He is going to be a pain in the ass for years to come. I hate to say it, but the Falcons do seem to be putting together the pieces to make a very good team.

Julio is a beast.

Re: Julio Jones tells oposing defenses to just go home
I'll take our beast of a TE over a beast at WR all day long... We haven't found anyone yet who is big enough to cover him and if they are they aren't athletic enough...

I don't care what he says, as long as he produces on the field.

Quote:
After they got embarrassed by the Packers in the playoffs a couple years ago, they seem obsessed, as an organization, to change the way they played football. In 2010 they were a slow grind it out offense that made very few mistakes. They didn't turn the ball over much, didn't commit many penalties and could march down the field, eat half a quarter off the clock and then score. They were hard to stop. That's why they went 13-3. Now they seem convinced that a dynamic vertical passing attack, and a high risk/high reward defense is the way to go. They blamed the coordinators and scheme that got them to 13-3 and hired an offensive coordinator that turned Jacksonville into one of the worst offenses in the NFL and a defensive coordinator that has a history of leaving defenses worse than when he took them over. Atlanta gave up 2 first, a second and 2 fourth round picks to get Julio. 5 picks that could have been used to get a solid offensive tackle and guard, a stud tight end, a defensive end and a decent wide receiver. But instead they have inconsistent (usually poor) offensive line play, a HOF TE that is about to retire with no visible replacement in sight, a quarterback that has lived up to his nickname "noodle arm" and the same guys that couldn't get sacks last year, trying to get sacks this year. But they've got a beast for a wide receiver. |

The Falcons have some darn good "skill" players. But, their O-Line is going to have a hard time keeping their weak armed QB upright.

Re: Julio Jones tells oposing defenses to just go home
Falcons, on paper = Dream Team

Re: Julio Jones tells oposing defenses to just go home
Lil' Julio will always be just another UNDERACHIEVER in an Falcons Uniform..... WHO DATT!!!
|
Re: Julio Jones tells oposing defenses to just go home
Wow, a big mouthed Falcon. What a concept......DENIED.
|
Re: Julio Jones tells oposing defenses to just go home
Julio's the real deal. I can't hate on the guy. With that being said, I don't find their offense very scary.

Re: Julio Jones tells oposing defenses to just go home
I guess JJ thinks it's only fair that since the Falcon D rarely shows up that the opposition should do the same

Re: Julio Jones tells opposing defenses to just go home
Because I'm a Tide man, not gonna bash on Julio - although he should just shut up & produce on the field. I think he's got the skills to be a great NFL WR ... if not the QB.
That's as much praise for a Foulcon you're ever gonna get from me ... |
Re: Julio Jones tells opposing defenses to just go home
He might go the way of, Chad Johnson and that other fool T.O.
