Typical. I've been unfortunate enough to experience a few home burglaries over the years. EVERY SINGLE ONE happened in broad daylight, while I was busy at work EARNING A LIVING. Most thieves are much too cowardly to break into an occupied home.
I finally broke down and installed an alarm system, mainly for my wife's sake & because these days people are so sorry you can't afford NOT to have an alarm. |
