Andrew Luck
is everything they predicted he would be. I just watched the the 2 minutes of the Colts/Lions game. Luck took them right down the field with 1:20 left in the game to win. He looked like a 10 year pro. How does this franchise get so lucky with QBs? Johnny Unitas, Bert Jones, Peyton Manning and now Andrew Luck.

Re: Andrew Luck
I like Luck. I wouldve picked him over RG3, but simply due to his seemingly being less prone to injury than RG3s more explosive style.

Re: Andrew Luck
Every time I see Luck play I think; "Thank goodness he stayed in school for his senior year" hahaha. Having him in the NFC South for the next decade plus would of really been a pain.

Re: Andrew Luck
Luck is the real deal
He's a natural at the position, stands in the pocket, plays years ahead of his age He's going to be a pain for a lot of AFC teams to deal with for years to come |

Re: Andrew Luck
I was just thinking that Steve Young suffered many concussions. Who knows what the distant future holds for Vick, Favre, and Cutler physically? I'm just a read your progressions, then throw it away type of guy. No denying the talent of Young, RG3, and a less shell-shocked Vick. Glory comes at what price though? Hell, I've seen Rodgers get knocked stupid on scrambles. Yet, I cant dismiss pure instinct when a QB seeks a positive gain by any means. I'm hoping RG3 cools his jets a bit before it's too late.

Cam hit a wall, yet has been on a nice run lately. Freeman will only mature and improve with a running game to keep some heat off of him. The QB whose name is never mentioned in public among true Saints fans will always be a threat. He comes from a forsaken land called ATL, at least from what my minions have reported and warned me about.... |

Re: Andrew Luck
RGIII might put up some flashier numbers than Luck for a couple years, but he's also taken some big shots this year. Give the pro DC's a year to game plan for him and he'll end up taking some more, whereas Luck will just stand in the pocket and slice you up (but YIKES he can run when he has to also)
Not to knock RGIII, the kids a helluva an athlete and makes some ridiculous throws, I just think Luck will have more longevity in the league |
