Well that's because Ryan never wanted him. Tebow was cast upon him by the brass. I'm not saying that Tebow will ever be an NFL franchise QB. Im only saying that he deserves a chance to compete and develop as an understudy, is all...

An understudy is his only hope but I think the verdict is he's incapable of even being a formidable backup. He's not very accurate. The only thing he was really good at in college he can't do in the NFL. I think his bet shot would be to become a FB and start working on catching out of the backfield and some designed plays where he can throw it from that position.

That's where I've always been on the guy, put him at FB, TE, maybe an OLB ... anywhere but QB. He's athletic and a team player. Denard Robinson (QB) out of Michigan is going to be the next 'Tim Tebow'. He has the skills to play in the NFL, just not at QB, and he insists on being a QB. You can't always get what you want. |

In his last game at Michigan, he's finally understood. Robinson has made the transition to running back. 25+ carries at running back and over 100 yards rushing.
Tebow would make an excellent H-back. I like him to a upgraded version of Jim Kleinsasser. |

I would totally go for him being our FB...if he can catch. I'm not worried about him making a hole either, that's his best skill. He's also a big target at 6'3, perfect for Drew. He's too small for TE but I'm sure he could play special teams as well. He could also serve as a third option at QB if needed. If we are down to #3 it likely won't matter anyway.
