Well, thanks for keeping me honest, I didn't realize he was being interviewed, . Now I gotta' wonder what kind of stupid reporter asks the POTUS a softball question like that when there's so many other pressing issues to cover, .

I disagree. If I'm the most powerful influentual man on the entire planet, I tell the reporter thats an irrelevant question considering the problems we're facing.
Its like when some liberal bonehead reporter asked Bill Clinton if he wore boxers or briefs. "Child, Please!" A real question would be... "Why do you want to pass new gun laws when you don't enforce the ones we have?" Or... "Why do you insist on immigration reform when you refuse to enforce the laws already on the books?" Or... "Why did you ram Obamacare down America's throat when the vast majority was against it?" etc etc etc... |

Re: Obama not sure he'd allow a son to play football
I've seen many current and former players state that they've participated in this sport so their kids will have better opportunities, and wont have to endure the physical toll. One this week said he bought his son golf clubs or introduced him to tennis. I forgot which sport it was and who stated it.
Anyway, those who havent run into another human being doing his best to run into you with even greater force 50x a week for 6 months straight over a decade or so may take umbrage with Obama's comment. Obama does happen to be a basketball nut, so I'm glad to see him offer an opinion to a question that the heads of the CIA, NORAD, or CDC may have also found amusing enough to bother responding to.. You know, like a human being with interests other than being responsible for the welfare of humanity may have... |
