This puts more clarity in my original suspicion of why Gregg was throwing so many people under the bus, so easily. Officially, he was suspended indefinitely, but I think Gregg had a pretty good idea of when he'd be back. Just follow the dictators lead, take his punishment despite lack of any hard evidence, and he'd be back in a year. I may be speculating, but I doubt I'm far off base.

Everyone else involved showed backbone. Gregg buckled under fear. I can't say I wish him well. I don't hate him, but he is clearly a coward. He has no honor for having outed so many people, even if what he said is true. But I don't even believe what he says.

If I had a nickel for every time I heard that, the NFL would fine and suspend me.
