The team that could be the scariest down the road
The bears. The whole team relies on Cutler. If Cutler gets an OL and starts making plays and holds his own in shootouts and the bears keep playing at the same level defensively this team is going to be a dangerous team. I believe Cutler is held back and people are waiting for him to be a more emotionally stable qb. The bears style of football is when Cutler is on the whole team is on both sides and when he's not the defense as well slacks some. This is a scary team for seasons to come and I believe they just may win the NFC north next year. The defense will always play well with Urlacher there. He is their leader afterall.
I know I would hate it if our qb was having a hard time against the bears defense and Cutler was torching our defense enroute to a blowout. Cutler's mentality is holding that whole team back from getting to win games the old fashioned way(blowout football of the 70s-90s). |

Well jets can be beat by running the ball. You can't run or throw long passes against the bears unless your a rookie qb no one knows about or you have too many weapons like the packers and even us. But even at that the bears still had a chance to beat GB that game.

The Niners and Seahawks are in a bitter arms race that'll be fun to watch down the road. I'll be keeping an eye on the Bengals. They have a ton to spend

I think the biggest advantage the Bears have is that they play in Soldier Field. Have they done anything other then sign Bushrod? How's the right side of that weak O/L?
They could very well finish third/fourth in the NFC North behind GreenBay, Detroit, Minnesota ... that division is going to be that close. |
