Ive always wondered the connection between Denver and NE.

Their was a point in time Shanahan would beat Belichek when Shanahan was there in Denver, then you FFWD to Shanahan being gone, in somes McDaniels from NE and he completely butchered the team and traded away all good players, gets fired and goes back to NE, Denver then gets NE's arch nemesis Peyton Manning, now Denver is getting Wes Welker.

What the frick? That's got to be some kind of typo. What a great move by Elway if this is true. By the time it's time to give Thomas and Decker big money, Welker's contract would be off the books.

I am happy as well because for one Denver can beat anybody with this team in a sb except for us. So if we dissapoint i would feel better in knowing this is what teams like SF, Seattle, and Atlanta have to deal with.

BOSTON —New England Patriots receiver Wes Welker got kicked out of an Aspen restaurant Friday night after his friends got into a physical altercation with staff members.

According to the New York Post, Welker was out partying with six friends when they tried to crash an event at Above the Salt restaurant, which was being held as part of the Aspen Food & Wine Classic.

The paper reported that security officials “tackled” the members of the group, even after they continued to demand to be let in to the event.

Police were called to the scene and removed Welker and his friends from the property. No arrests were made.

Welker was in Aspen ahead of his wedding to Anna Burns this weekend.
