Re: Nnamdi Asomugha
Would love to see Tyrann drafted, but in later rounds. He would have a chance to prove himself in training camp. But using a higher draft pick isn't an option in my opinion. He has to prove he is NFL material AND that he can play football without smoking pot.

And i personally think that Nnamdi and Greer would be a solid tandem and Tyrann becoming our slot corner would potentially give us a solid/deadly cornerback crew |

Re: Nnamdi Asomugha
I loved watching the Honeybadger during his ball hawking LSU college days & would welcome him here but the best thing for that kid might be to get as far, far away from N.O. as possible. A pocketfull of dough and the same knucklehead influences could spell disaster long term. Just my opinion...

I get the thinking....its just bad influences are everywhere not just in the place you grew up in. I still think they shoule draft him if he's available in later rounds....at some point the whole "good for the lockerroom" schtick doesn't bring in enough actual talent for you to win. Sometimes you have sacrafice to win and take a chance on a knuckle head or 2. |
