What misinformation are you talking about on Roman Harper "his lack of tackling ability and no not the ones he makes the many he misses, or the lack of coverage since Greg Williams used a will LB Shanle and Fujita for cover assignments cause Harper sucked so bad, or was it the Whole defense had to be schemed around all his weakness sure he worked hard and tried hard but he is a bust that a DC made rich and successful it isn't misinformation it is obvious if you know football he is a misfit "slow and small"! Has no position and will never be able to play safety as a safety the book has been out since the 2010 playoffs even Greg Williams couldn't scheme for him forever the whole reason it was successful was because it was unpredictable but once the weaknesses are exposed It's exposed and every OC will and did!

It's obvious how Payton would use him. He would occasionally come in on short yardage and goal-line plays where his running ability will be utilized with the threat of being able to throw. Also, he can be used for H-back passes where Brees throws the ball to him and then he throws the deep ball which he does real well.
