Carrying shoulderpads and helmets, sure, fine. But taping people to poles and cutting their hair I don't agree with. Its bullying just done by adults and the players need to think about what message it sends to kids who sees it.

Is Roger aware of this? I could see some of these teams losing coaches, players, and draft pics over this. This ain't your daddy's NFL...
