Teams put 170 players on IR (not counting todays injuries)
this is a discussion within the NFL Community Forum; I agree that part of it is that teams are being more cautious with injured players, but it's still an escalating problem ... you didn't have this stuff (as bad) before the 16-game schedule and artificial turf ... just sayin', ...

 . Studying the injury reports before making your picks each week has become worse then any homework I ever remember.
