Sanchez will likely have surgery for a torn labrum in his throwing shoulder, ESPN reported. That's the most likely option after Dr. James Andrews confirmed the injury, the report said. That would end his season, and he's very unlikely to be back with the Jets next year. He could also choose to avoid surgery and rehab the injury instead, ESPN said, but could still land on injured reserve even if he picks that option.

Geesch, talk about bad luck streak for him.
He seems like an ok guy. QB gets all blame for team's performance and the NY/NJ/CT people are not nice about the Jets losing . The media there and on the NFL Network have been really  awful about Sanchez and NYJets.They are on the losing end. So what! It is as if the DC, NYJ cannot, should not be on the losing end. Too bad for Sanchez. Snachez is not playing tonight. GSmith is in. Jets for NEPats...what a sleeper of a game unless you are a NEPats fan and you can call this one a W for them. The game should just end after 2nd qrtr. Right now, NEP-13. NYJets- 3. |
