Seahawks: Undercover Cops Hired To Wear Opposing Team’s Uniform
Hope this is done in all NFL cities.
RENTON, Wash. (CBS Seattle/AP) — The Seattle Seahawks announced that the organization has hired undercover cops to wear San Francisco 49ers gear and patrol Sunday’s game in order to curb unruly behavior. “We have great fans,” said Seahawks president Peter McLoughlin. “Our goal is to ensure a safe environment for all in attendance, including visiting team fans.” The Seahawks announced Wednesday they will have the undercover police officers wearing opposing team apparel beginning with Sunday night’s highly anticipated matchup, saying the goal is to ensure a safe environment for all fans, including those supporting the visiting team. Re: Seahawks out to get unruly fans
They need to do it in Chicago too. That playoff game years ago was the only sports event I've been to when I was actually scared. Granted I was much younger than the other belligerent, older, drunk, people there. Haha.

Yeah, I think it's probably safe to say there's a certain amount of that stuff at all sporting events in all cities, but you haven't truly lived until you've attended an event in Chicago wearing an opponent's jersey, ie Blackhawks/RedWings ... never doing that again, .

When I got out and saw what was happening I was kinda surprised. My friend is a 100lbs soaking wet, I was 6-4 300lbs at the time and that guy was bigger than me. Must have been a real brave dude picking on a girl that size. My initial reaction was to just bash his face in but being a foreigner that could get me in all sorts of trouble so I just very politely told him something along the line of to back the eff down or find some help to retrieve his teeth from the floor. People like him don't need to be at stadiums.

W.T. Sherman is my favorite General. After all he did order Atlanta to be burned to the ground.
