Personally, if there was a team that represented my skin color that chose that name because of a history of strength, courage and toughness, I'd not only be fine with it, I'd be proud of it. Everybody wants to be offended. Everybody wants to feel persecuted. Everybody wants to shame others for their beliefs. Everybody wants to force others to believe as they do because if they don't, they are racist or narrow-minded. The PC movement is offensive to me but that makes me narrow-minded. ![]() Anyway, say that they change the name to Bravehearts. Can't you reasonably assume that some Scottish people would be offended that an NFL team in the USA would be using their biggest hero as their mascot? This whole thing is silly. |
