An NFL locker room is a workplace. Players come off the field, have a chat with their coaches and each other, shower and talk to the media before going home. That's typically it.

I've only seen a couple games, but what I saw was RG3 being completely engulfed by defenders on nearly every drop back. I doubt any QB could succeed with an O-line that awful.
