this is a discussion within the NFL Community Forum; I don't follow the South division so I honestly don't pay enough attention BUT does this guy keep his job with this mini turnaround??...

Shockingly yes I think they keep him around. They've started putting it all together and this is without Doug Martin. They certainly have some elite players and if they added a good, young, pass catching tight end then they could be very competitive next season.
