Niners-Packers
Quite an intriguing matchup,
SF is playing well, with 6 wins since we beat them GB is lucky to be there, but are a different team with Rodgers and Cobb SF won in week 1, and is a 2 point favorite, but probably won't enjoy the weather or crowd much. Whoever wins will be dangerous next round (at Carolina) after we win Sat. If I didn't love the Saints I'd say this was the game of the weekend. Of course the AFC games look like they are really going to blow |

Re: Niners-Packers
I really want Green Bay to win, but I think San Fran takes it.
San Fran will absolutely destroy Carolina in round two. They won't lay an egg this time. |

Re: Niners-Packers
Anything could happen. The Packers secondary has enough talent to create turnovers even if they haven't been doing so this year. They have weapons and seem to be blocking well to have Lacy run the ball. They are not favourites but any of the NFC playoffs teams is good enough to put three wins together. The regular season form counts for nothing now.

Re: Niners-Packers
I'm saying Green Bay all the way. Kaepernick has almost never played in cold weather and it's going to be absolutely brutal weather with a high of 9 degrees and a 20% chance of snow. Kaepernick is going to crumble at Lambeau Field. Crumble I tell you.

Re: Niners-Packers
Rodgers was 8-2-1, and now Cobb is back. They might have limped in, but this is still a good team.
Nothing good happens for us if they win, though. If they advance to the next round, we would have to pull for Carolina |

Re: Niners-Packers
Isn't it supposed to be like 4 degrees at game time in Green Bay? Can San Fran survive that?
