I met Jim last year. He's a really nice guy. He isn't the sexiest pick, but I don't think that's what Detroit needs right now. I believe this was a good hire because Jim is very level headed and they need him to be able to keep their emotions in check. He has experience and has had plenty of success. I may be wrong, but for now, I'm betting the Lions made the right hire.

Plenty of success? Ravens offense didn't fair very well under him this season and Payton Manning ran the Colts. Before the Colts he was the QB coach for TB for 1 season and his college record before that was 26-63... I must me missing something |
