Cleveland Cleans House - Again
"The Browns on Tuesday announced that CEO Joe Banner and general manager Michael Lombardi are leaving the organization.
Ray Farmer, who toiled under Lombardi, has been promoted to general manager effective immediately. Banner, set to exit over the next two months, released a statement on Tuesday calling the transition "bittersweet." It's gotta be tough sledding to be a Browns fan ... they deserve better than this. At least there are lots of liquor stores near the stadium.

Personnel-wise it's a great move for the Browns... Cleveland fans are thrilled to get rid of Lombardi. But now there's a new GM who played no part in hiring the new coach and the owner could still be going to prison so it's still a circus.
