Cleveland Cleans House - Again
"The Browns on Tuesday announced that CEO Joe Banner and general manager Michael Lombardi are leaving the organization.
Ray Farmer, who toiled under Lombardi, has been promoted to general manager effective immediately. Banner, set to exit over the next two months, released a statement on Tuesday calling the transition "bittersweet." Browns announce Banner, Lombardi to step down - NFL.com |

Personnel-wise it's a great move for the Browns... Cleveland fans are thrilled to get rid of Lombardi. But now there's a new GM who played no part in hiring the new coach and the owner could still be going to prison so it's still a circus.

There are no great moves for the Browns. They have proven to be incapable of understanding talent and unable to make a great move. They are Dallas 2.0
