And if he has one he likes, why not keep it? I always use my phones until they completely breaks down. Hate having to learn a new one.

I'm on my 3rd "smart phone" and I like this one more than the last.
Because of that I waste more time on it than the last, or any other phone I've ever owned.

They should be called "stupid phones" because that's what they make people. Everywhere I go people are hunched over gazing into a phone, whether I see them at dinner or dates or just getting coffee. It's pretty sad.

Maybe he actually has a life and treats his phone as a phone instead of his most prized possession.

My wife spends hours staring at her phone. It's so obnoxious. I have some Nokia from 2008 and she laughs at me for it, but I'm the one getting stuff done.
