Could Falcons be in play for Chris Johnson?

With the Titans and Chris Johnson on a possible collision course for April 7, it’s widely believed that the Titans will cut Johnson before he shows up for offseason workouts, barring an unlikely trade.

And if/when it happens, Jim Wyatt of the Tennessean has a theory as to where Johnson may end up: Atlanta.

It’s unclear what that would mean for Steven Jackson, who joined the Falcons as a free agent in 2013. He missed four games due to injury, averaging 3.5 yards per carry.

But after a disastrous 4-12 season in 2013, the Falcons are doing everything they can to turn things around. Johnson, who has rushed for at least 1,000 yards in each year of his career, could help with that effort — especially if he’s motivated to prove the Titans wrong for giving up on him.

I think our D this season will give most teams alot of trouble, our O if it does it's job we will be fine. As far as Atlanta goes they just don't get it done like the Cowboys they lose.

Jackson was a great player for the Rams for years and then he go to the Falcowns and the guy has a horrible year but I would hate to see Chris Johnson and him on the same team.
