If this topic would have come up last week who had the stronger arm I would have said most likely Big Ben.
I honestly see no insult with what Lance had said

Its not even a debate as to who has the stronger arm. Big Ben has always been known for a strong NFL arm, and Brees has always been known to have an average NFL arm.

Anyone insulted by Lance's statement either doesn't know squat about football or simply doesn't know squat about football.
