Danno, he wasn't punished because he tweeted "OMG horrible", that is just the excuse put on paper.

This CB wasn't punished for what he said, he was punished to try and clean up the image of the Miami Dolphins.

I am agreeing... 100%. No matter how much you polish a turd it is still a turd.

I am just pointing out the underlying issue with the NFL and the way it frames things so that the fans think it is something else. This was about Miami and what happened last year, Bounty-gate was about concussion lawsuits.

The shield is trying to present a softer less liable side.
