Dallas Cowboys Sean Lee possibly out for season (again)

Dallas Cowboys middle linebacker Sean Lee has been told he has a torn ACL and is expected to miss the entire season, a source told ESPN's Ed Werder.

Trade them David Hawthorne for a mid-round draft pick? Hawthorne hasn't really lit it up here and I'm confident we could replace him with either Humber, Reddick or Fortt.

When healthy, Sean is a beast. This is a tough blow to a defense that is already suspect. I heard on a local radio here (103.3) that Death star nation may call up former Saint Jon Vilma for a 'look'.

Great for Vilma and Dallas could use the experience and leadership. Vilma however hasn't played more than 11 games a season since 2010 and not sure they wouldn't have him on IR as well looking again before the season is 1/2 over.

He was second in tackles last year, and was on the field for 70% of defensive snaps and played ST. Why give him away?

If Humber was better then he would be starting. It's not even close.

Looking at the guys mentioned you can see how screwed Dallas is. I love JV, but come on

NFLPA is now looking into the Lee injury- it occurred during a non-contact, low tempo practice. Problem is, he got hit, at a pretty clip by on O-lineman

apparently they have have requested film from the practice and the Cowboys could be disciplined
