Yes, thanks Utah. Thought it would be a bigger difference. But you are right about Gonzo being the safety net. They don't have that now and when Tony was mauled by the defense and they were allowed to get away with it there was a big difference in the offense. The team may realize how much he's going to be missed but the fans are in for a rude awakening i'm afraid.

I compared White to Colston a few weeks ago on a falcons forum. Colston does everything better than Roddy e.g... catch percentage, yards/completion, yards/attempt, YAC, third down percentage, touchdown percentage...everything.

So I suspected that even though Julio is a beast, he wouldn't be able to cover all of Roddy's shortcomings.

I know Saints fans hate Roddy White but in his prime he was a stud. He probably shouldn't even have been out there last year but he played most of the season on a bum leg. I think Cooks will put up numbers equal to Julio Jones. We have never seen Brees play with a WR like this. I predict the best statistical offense in Saints history. Yea we could probably win some games conservatively like Nick Saban, but Payton and Brees never take their foot off the gas.

All of our receiving core suffer on individual stats because Drew throws the ball around to a wide range of receivers
