The police officer has the name of the NFL rep he sent it to but refuses to release the name. If that name gets released we may have a real gut check on RG. That person will likely say they gave it to higher with a record of that hand off as well. No way they just said whatever and tossed the DVD aside. It will prove that someone in RG's inner circle knew about it. That person will take the fall. Either way, it makes the "shield" look like a garbage can lid.
