Well, here it is gentleman (and ladies, ) ... that triennial event where the Lions attempt to see if they've made that transition to beating the better teams with a matchup against the Saints. They're 0-2 in their last two outings vs NO and the Saints hold the series record (11-9). Not by much , so they're historically evenly-matched (?).

Both are suffering injuries to key players. Saints road woes, Lions home field woes, Saints in decline, Lions surging (but can't kick a field goal to save their lives) ... there's a lot of interesting story lines, .

It's probably the Saints game to lose, but IDK, the Lions are streaky & do play up to potential at the weirdest times, ... tough game to call.

With that being said: "Gentleman (and ladies, ), I want a good, clean fight. Listen to the commands, defend yourselves at all times. No hits below the belt, and when you're told to break, I want a clean break. In the event of a knockdown, you will be directed to a neutral corner (yeah, like there is one, ).
