I do know that it keeps us from the days of a Dallas & SF & NYG Super Bowl winner every year because they can afford to out-spend everybody else in the NFL. The cap is responsible for the parity in the league, and that is a good thing. I love some cap...hate the math with it. Stoopid English language. |
