Schwartz runs a "base" 4-3. Anyone think we couldn't use him?

in a heart beat, every year he puts together defenses that always play hard and are always solid. god knows i have watched him over the years in pats country. this guy is good.

Looking at the roster as it is now, seems to be a 4-3 isn't a reach.
