Pete Carroll thought process:

"I'm one yard and one play away from winning back-to-back SuperBowls for the first time in ten years and I have one of the most, if not the most, punishing running back in the league who just happens to be nicknamed "Beastmode" ... yeah, they'll never expect a pass ... "
