I thought everyone always used that stuff ... and then they outlawed it and everyone continued to use it. It's like pitchers doctoring baseballs, batters using too much pine tar, hockey players putting illegal curves on their sticks, goalie pads being too large, et ... about the only ones you don't hear about tampering is the NBA, . Do they do stuff to the equipment? Ain't like there's a lot of it.
