Dont see it unless they trade back.
They can get Anthony/Dawson in round 2 and move yo if they have too. They are expected to have a comp pick in round 4 so can flip a pick in the 3/4th to mive up

I just hope this doesn't affect us from drafting a MLB between the 31st and 43rd pick which I hope we do in the first place. I really want Perryman.

I'd like them to draft Mckinney and take him of the board.

Especially if Bowman retires. I've heard he might too.

That injury in seahawks game was brutal.

I wonder how much this costs them cap wise?

If he can do it, more power to him. He may return, however, as Ricky Williams did.

Probably a nickel as far as cap space he was a rookie like 3rd or 4th round pick.

Tough call for Chris to make but I can appreciate his decision.
His history degree from Wisconsin will allow him the opportunity to live a healthy life. He achieved his goal of playing in the NFL (very well I might add).

I wish him well ;)

He probably has been playing for 10-15 years, football paid for a good education and he got some cash for his Rookie year. He don't have the 'need' to play to sustain himself. I'm not suprised about young guys quitting early.

He made it to the pros and can now go be a coach, use his history degree and live in a house outright paid by playing for a year. Good luck to him

Hard decision I'm sure, but done so with the right priorities in mind (no pun intended). Wish him the best.

Don't doubt it was a tough decision but have to respect him for leaving before it was to late and having serious medical issues for the rest of his life
